From Our President
A MESSAGE
Crystal Wheeler
On behalf of the lovely ladies of the Loudoun County Alumnae Chapter, (LCAC), I extend to you a warm welcome to our official website. I am honored and proud to serve as the fifth President of this exceptional and award-winning chapter.
Chartered on April 29, 2009, by 41 captivating and committed women, we have been an anchor in the Loudoun County community performing numerous volunteer hours, awarding scholarships to high-school seniors, and continuing our Sorority’s legacy on the frontlines of social action.
The Loudoun County Alumnae Chapter is motivated and driven to build on our trailblazing foundation throughout the 2023-2025 biennium with our theme: Fortitude in Action: Furthering our Reach, Impacting Social Change and Advancing Our Communities. This theme derives from Delta Sigma Theta’s strategic priorities, and aligns with the Sorority’s Five-Point Programmatic Thrust:
Δ Economic Development
Δ Educational Development
Δ International Awareness and Involvement
Δ Physical and Mental Health
Δ Political Awareness and Involvement
We are grateful for the ongoing support of our community partners. Collectively, we work together to develop and implement programs that benefit the Loudoun County community.
We are dedicated to delivering programs and events that empower and serve the needs of our community. We believe in the power of collaboration and welcome opportunities to partner with organizations that align with our purpose.
If you are a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and looking for a chapter to call home, you have met your destination. We are a multigenerational chapter and would be honored to have you join us.
Thank you for visiting our website and we also invite you to follow us on our social media sites . We hope that you will return frequently to obtain information on our upcoming events and support our fundraising efforts that positively impact the communities we serve.
We hope to see you soon!
Yours In Service,
Crystal L. Wheeler

"It's an honor to be recognized for my service to our Chapter. I share this recognition with the many Chapter members who worked alongside me to bring service to our community and who stepped into leadership roles to make a positive difference in the lives of others. As the newest member of this elite group of Sorors who have been named Delta of the Year, I will continue to share my strengths while being a beacon for our beloved sorority's nine cardinal virtues."
